Afghan Zamin Education and Development Assistance Organization (AFZENDA-O)
AFZENDA-O, within the framework of its health-related activities and in order to launch health services at the Mother and Child Support Health Center located in District 17 of Kabul City, is seeking qualified and eligible candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Gynecologist / Obstetrician Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and follow up on gynecological and obstetric conditions.
Conduct antenatal and postnatal check-ups (ANC/PNC).
Supervise and manage normal deliveries and handle emergency obstetric cases.
Provide counseling on family planning, nutrition, and maternal health during and after pregnancy.
Work closely with midwives and ensure timely referrals of emergency cases to specialized facilities.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Ministry of Public Health.
Required Qualifications:
Specialization degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice issued by the Ministry of Public Health.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
2. Pharmacist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and dispense medicines according to medical prescriptions.
Monitor the quality and expiry dates of medicines.
Provide proper counseling to patients on the use of medications.
Maintain accurate stock records and submit regular reports.
Forecast and manage medicine requirements for the health center.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 14th-grade diploma in Pharmacy.
Valid license to practice issued by the Ministry of Public Health.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
